Dear Donald-I wish you an uneventful surgery and a speedy recovery. I am ll months post-op and would do it again in a NOO YAWK minute(guess where I'm from). Keep your resolve strong, get out of bed as soon as you are able and stay up for as long as you can; use the pain medications to keep yourself comfortable so you can do more; take those frequent tiny sips of water and enjoy it as if it were the most delectable liquid you have ever tasted. I pray that God holds you in the palm of His hand and that He inspires your surgeon to do great things. Take care-I will be thinking of you and your family during this time. Blessed be. Lorraine
