Hello all you WONDERFUL people. It will be 2 weeks from TODAY that by now, hopefully I will be on the loosing side. I am sooooooo scared but all your words of encouragement have made this so much easier. As you can see by the top of my page, I STILL don't have an angel....hint hint.....:o) Good luck to everyone pre-op and a huge CONGRATS to everyone post-op! I hope to be as successful as you all!

It won't be long for you now. I can not promise that this is an easy thing, But I can tell you. It is worth it. My life has changed so much since my WLS on June 20th, 2001. I am down 130 pounds. I feel 20 years younger and my husband Ed and I can do so many things together now. I no longer sit and watch on the side lines. I am again a part of my family. That is what makes it worth it, the discovery of life again. Good Luck to you. Heal fast the world is waiting on the new and improved you.

CONGRATS Kristin on your date. This is such a great tool. Its normal to be scared its a real big step but soooooo worth it. Take care. You will be in my prayers for a speedy recovery. RNY 9/02 was 213 now 135.
