PJ, love your page. Sending my best wishes to you for an uneventful surgery and a speedy recovery. It is SUPER hard in the beginning. It gets easier and like second nature after a bit. Hang in there and sip, sip, sip and walk, walk, walk. Make sure to get your protein and vits in each and everyday and enjoy the weightloss ride. It's an adjustment for sure, but a well worth it type of adjustment. Hugs to you on your big day! I'll be thinking of you.

YOU ARE NERVOUS NOW I KNOW, WAS THERE 2 1/2 YEARS AGO MYSELF, BUT IT IS THE GREATEST GIFT YOU COULD EVER GIVE YOURSELF AND THE SUPPORT YOU RECIEVE FROM THE FOLKS HERE AT AMOS IS AWESOME.
