Angel alert! I just spoke with Jeff and he is doing GREAT! He has been up walking 3 times today and is getting great care from the nurses. He said other then being really tired he is feeling good (the drugs don't hurt either). He had to travel 220 miles to the hospital and his wife was unable to go with him as one of thier kids was sick. So, he is looking forward to coming home this weekend and starting his "new and improved" life. Thanks to all of you who have signed Jeff's card. Please keep him and his wife in your thoughts for a speedy recovery!

Angel comming in for a landing!!! Jeff is out of surgery and is doing well. He is in the process of being moved from recovery to his room. As I was calling his room, his sweet daughter was emailing me to give me an update. Please please stop by and sign his card to welcome him to the other side!!!! Love and God Bless

Jeffrey, sending lots of warm wishes and prayers your way for an uneventful surgery, a speedy recovery, and lots of weight loss! {{{Hugs}}} I'm 9 months out, almost 100 lbs. down, and would do it again in a heartbeat. Just remember, WATER, WATER, WATER, PROTEIN, PROTEIN, PROTEIN, WALK, WALK, WALK...... it really works!
