Hi Jeffrey, WE are so glad you are home and on the road to recovery! Remember to walk as much as possible, then walk some more. The walking will help with the healing process, the pain, the gas, and believe it or not, will make you feel better as you get stronger. Also, sip that water .. you may not want to, but just do it!
