Hey Heather! You wouldn't be natural if you weren't scared, nervous, etc. Look at it this way you may be losing two old friends but you are gaining two new friends who will be with you for life. Cheer up they will be great friends! Best luck on Friday.

I am now at 304 pounds , I have lost 46 pounds and 5 inches off my waist and hips. Smooth sailing for weeks now , this is too easy!

well , I now weigh 319 , thats 31 pounds lost forever , yeah! I feel so good so far. I hope things go this easily from here on out

Surgery went off as scheduled on Friday. All went well, except that her epi-dural would not take. She was in a lot of pain during surgery and recovery. She laid in recovery screaming that she wanted to die (she is a bit dramatic, you know)!! She has been on a Dilaudid drip (pain-reliever) since then, and has gotten real good at pressing the button to get her drugs!! It appears that she will remain in the hospital for another 7 days or so, but she says she is in no rush to go home until the pain subsides. Her spirits are pretty good, and she wants all to know that she misses chatting with you all. I will update with further details as they come into the newsroom.....

I hope you are back on your feet in no time! The first couple of weeks are the hardest, feeling tired BUT IT WILL GET BETTER!!!! Good luck!

Hi Heather, Wanted to wish you the best on your upcoming surgery. Hope all goes well for you & THAT your recovery is a speedy one. I also love animals(we have 3 dogs & I love watching birds). Hang in there. You have almost made it & I know how excited you must be. Good Luck & God Bless!
