well, wanda (and jack) we are approaching our three year anniversary next month. i am not on the web site much anymore but today i was thinking about you guys and was delighted to read of your progress. alot has happened to us both since february of 2002. unfortunately you have had quite a row to hoe. i have pretty much sailed thru, although i did not obtain my expected weight loss, i am much better off. and in dec of 2003 my husband had wls which absolutely saved his life. because of your story i knew exactly what can happen but chose to accept the risks. keep sharing your story. i see mention of a book in some of the posts. did you write one? if so, i want to purchase it. continued success for your complete recovery. patsy in las vegas

Hi Wanda and Jack - I borrowed access to a computer to say hi and Happy Holidays! I am still around but have not been able to get my own computer back up. It's been a TOTAL crash/meltdown. Hope all is well with you both. How was the wedding? I must write snail mail to catch up on all that's been happening. Again, have a WONDERFUL holiday this season. Hugs, love, and peace - Mel p.s. Hi Wanda and Jack, Just wanted to wish you the happiest of holidays. Hard to believe another year has gone by, but at least it's been full of good news and improvement. Hi Wanda! Oh, and you too Jack! I am having technical problems with my Outlook Express; able to receive mail, but cannot send it, nor access my address book, hence, no new outbound e-mail allowed. Rats! I guess I'll have to try to get through via Yahoo. I've haven't used it much, but perhaps I could still figure it out!!! *smile* I have tons of news to catch up on with you. Oh, and Wanda, the book is here, and I have to thank you so very much. I have begun to read it already. Just wanted you to know that I am also frantically writing my fingers off to catch up with the last two notes. So, if Yahoo doesn't work, then it'll be back to staionary and my plume - the old fashioned way. A real live letter with a stamp! Wow, what a concept! Expect to hear from me very soon.
