Hi, Maria: Just wanted to say congratulations on getting clearance for surgery again. Hope you can have it soon. I also wanted to say that it was a beautiful thing you did by taking your daughter to the shelter to offer love to those poor kitties. That's something that I hope to do is volunteer at the local Humane Society and help clean up the animals so they look pretty and might have a better chance at adoption. I also would just love to go around to each cage and hold and pet the animal; so many of them have never known human kindness. It's also very therapeutic for me. When I'm feeling down, I love it when my kitty, Socks, gets in my lap and curls up. She lets me pet her, and just purrrrs... I call her my "fuzzy Prozac"!
