Best Wishes for a successful surgery and smooth recovery! Weigh to go! I just read another post from someone who just had surgery and the thing that hurts the most is their BACK. And it is PAINFUL, not just uncomfortable. THE LAST THING YOU NEED TO TELL YOUR SURGEON, BEFORE THEY PUT YOU UNDER, IS TO PUT SOMETHING UNDER YOUR KNEES TO TAKE THE PRESSURE OFF YOUR BACK!!! Time and time again folks are coming out of the O.R. and their back is killing them. It’s because you are lying flat on your back for hours on a hard surface. How long can you do that now? If the surgeon will just put a rolled up blanket under your knees this problem will be eliminated! Got It?... Good…. Problem solved. (Or at least talk it over with him/her).

.~*~I SAID A PRAYER FOR YOU TODAY~*~ I said a prayer for you today And know God must have heard- I felt the answer in my heart Although He spoke no word I didn't ask for wealth or fame, I knew you wouldn't mind, I asked Him to send treasures Of a far more lasting kind, I asked that He'd be near you At the start of each new day, To grant you health and blessings And friends to share your way. I asked for happiness for you In all things great and small, But it was for His loving care I prayed the most of all.

Hi Pat, Thanks for the post, and chuckle. As you take your journey to the inner, and thinner you, remember: The Lord does not look at the things man looks at. Man looks at the outward appearance; but the Lord looks at the heart. 1 Samuel 16:7 For I am the LORD, you God, who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you. Isaiah 41:13 Don't tell GOD how big your storm is. Tell the storm how big your GOD is! Those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. Isaiah 40:31 I have heard your prayers, I have seen your tears. Surely, I will heal you. 2 Kings 20:5 I’m hoping you have a successful surgery, a rapid recovery, and much success in your weight loss journey.
