Hello Evelyn, just thought I would stop by and wish you the best with your surgery. I had mine on October 10th. I also had Dr. Husted and traveled 3 hours to see him. It was all worth it. He and his staff are wonderful. I see that you are having to pay the cash deposit and I realize that can be difficult to come up with. Just study the other doctor well(it helps that your niece has already used him)before switching. I only say that because that office is so incredibly good. They are always available. I call from work and talk to Jamie if I need to. I even had to page her on Christmas Eve. with a problem and she called me back within five minutes. Anyway, I hope all works out for the best for you and whomever you decide to use, you will be pleased with the results Im sure. This procedure has been the best thing I have ever done for myself.
