jeanne i was the queen of freak before my surg read my profile (glenda berry) im a little over 2 months out doing great and 0 problems so far but the whole ordeal had me so consumed it was driving me crazy. your feelings are totally valid so i will pray for peace of mind for you God bless and hang in there your almost there Glenda

Jeanne hun its ok to be scared,I am scared to(I have my surgery on August 22 to),but personally if we were not scared about this surgery(any surgery really)I do not think it would be normal.If anyone has told you there not scared I think is stretching the truth a bit.So guess what we are NORMAL....lol.Its going to be ok because we are having this surgery so we can have a healthy life again,and I know that your excited to,I am also.I just can`t wait until I am free of all my medical problems and to just simply feel good from day to day,so I know that we are ready to start living a life we have been wanting for so long,and I know we are worth it!!!!!!I will be thinking of you and praying with you on August 22 the start of our journey and our speedy recovery and then on to our healthy lives forever...your friend for life....Renee

I just saw your message and I want to tell you "Congratulations" on your surgery date. Mine was on the 16th of June and done at St. Agnes. I am doing quite well and not at all sorry that I opted for this surgery. We are close to the same age and I agree that I wanted (also) to extend my life! I wish you the best and willhave you in my thoughts and prayers!
