" 9/27/02 I found Dr. Forrest Ringold to be very informative and very caring. He truely believes in the procedure. His office staff is extremely helpful. He strongly emphasized aftercare and assures you that he will pester you about your water intake. There is a support group that meets monthly. Since he is new to this area, he was very easy to get in with. It was a 3 week wait for my initial appt. Then it took insurance 3 weeks to write my letter for my surgery. It took a week to get logged in at the insurance. But, it only took 14 days to be approved. I called the dr office on the day I found out I was approved and was scheduled in 2 days for my preop appt and then for surgery in 31 days."
