Hello Amy~~~~~~~~~~~~Good luck and best wishes. I pray that you have a safe surgery and a speedy and complication free recovery. I hope you find all the health and happiness you ever dreamed possible. Remember to cough, walk and breathe deep after your surgery. And I hear if you go under anesthesia having happy thoughts you will wake up with happy thoughts. PEACE

Amy!!! Woweeeee! Pre-surg jitters are SOOOO normal! Gotta say tho, I wish, that at your age, I had had the courage to take this path toward health!!! (I'm 45 and 6 mos. postie) You are so beautiful now, can't imagine how you're gonna look later!! I "hate" people like you!! (Just big-time KIDDING:) May this next step of your journey be filled with peace and strength.... you're gonna do GREAT!!!! I'll keep you in my prayers!

Amy, Life is often full of jitters as we make the BIG choices. Rest asured that your surgeon has the ability to perform his duties and take some generous helpings of faith with you. If you have not had surgery before, it can be really scary. Calm yourself by thinking of all the things that you will be able to do after your weight begins to shed. All the heatlh problems that you will AVOID by losing your weight. Your quality of life is going to improve so much. GIVE yourself a big pat on the back for making this move early in life. The first few days after surgery may be rough but Tell yourself that you are worth any pain or discomfort and USE the pain meds as needed!! Good luck and hang in there...the rainbow is SO MUCH worth the effort :) KimmieTN
