Kathy, I noticed your post and wanted to impart some words of wisdom. When feeling blue about your “slow” weight loss or a plateau, remember these wise words whispered by Confucius – “It does not matter how slowly you go so long as you do not stop.” Be patient. You didn’t put it on over night, it won’t come off over night (DARN IT!)… RNY 10/31/03 – down 81 pounds!!! Good luck!

Hi...it's Lynne...Kathy's Angel. I just spoke to her a little while ago and she is doing good. She sounds great! She's having some indigestion...but other than that...she's doing well. Keep her in your prayers. She's on her way to a wonderful new experience:) I'm going to see her tomorrow and I'll give an update after I do. Lynne
