I am a 31 year old single mother of two boys ages 8 and 4 .I have always had a weight problem as long as I can remember ,as a kid we were always rewarded with food for something good or I turned to it when i was depressed well as the years passed i got bigger and bigger and my self esteem and depression got worse and worse and I realize I need to make a change for myself and to be a better parent for my kids .
