My 8 Month Update !!!

Hello it is now my 8 month update as of today I have lost around 175 lbs since I had My surgery 8 months ago I am having no problems and everything is going great I am noticing alot more attention from the Men now and it is nice but scary and weird also as I am not used to getting told I am beautiful etc alot is changing for me and it will take some getting used to but I wouldnt trade how I am now feeling for nothing in the world I still wanna loose 100 more lbs then I will be at my personal goal life is good and I am very thankful for the Surgery !!! Hello Well as of now I have lost around 150 pounds in 6 1/2 months I am feeling so good and I am so much happier then I was 6 months ago ,Everything is improving for me my cholesterol 6 months ago was 220 now it is 160 I dropped 60 points in 6 months and my sugar was 89 all my tests came back normal and that was a great feeling I have around 125 more pounds to make my goal weight and I am hoping I will be able to do that but I figure if I eat right and up my exercise I will get there Hope everyone is doing well see ya soon Angie

Hello all its been a little over a month i have now lost 121 lbs as of today and my bmi is at 57.1 i am feeling great and just taking it day by day i am able to do some things i couldnt do for years what a good feeling talk to you soon Angie

Hello today i got on the scale and i am sown exacly 100 lbs I am so happy and pleased it will be 4 months on sunday so i have lost 100 lbs in 15 1/2 weeks wow what a feeling!! I just wanted to share with everyone thanks Angie

it's hard to beleive its been 15 weeks already my BMI was 75.3 and now it is 61.1 It has dropped so much in such a short
time and man what a diffrence I feel I can only imagine by this summer watch out
I have 175 more pounds to go to I get to my goal i have 125 to my doctors goal but I am hoping for more but hey anything is better then where I was Angie

Hello all sorry its been so long well I didnt have my surgery in july I had it Oct 8 2008 all went well it will be 15 weeks tomorrow and i have lost around 95 lbs
and wow I feel such a diffrence I have so much more energy and i can walk so much better and feel great overall this has been the best thing I have ever done for myself talk to you all soon Angie

Well the weekend is here and it means i have 3 day's left!! I am soo excited but i guess the reality hasnt hit me yet
Sunday is the fun day NOT i have to drink that stuff to clean out my system
not looking foward to that lol I have been in the chat room alot more and there are some real good people on there i enjoy talking to them they are friendly and helpful well im gonna go for now

Well today I finished my labs and I;m all registered with the hospital and i'm down to 5 day's
I am soo excited the weekend is almost here and Monday is it ,

Well I seen my doctor today to get all the final preperations done i signed everything and have to get blood work done tomorrow and get the 2 antibiotics for Sunday when i am on clear liquids and Monday is the big day he said all looks good so I feel more confident and I know i will be ok 6 days left I cant wait to begin my new and improved life
1ST Day of Liquid Diet

Well today is the first day of my liquid diet,the doctor wants me to be on it a week before my surgery and it's going well. Iam trying to stay busy and drink alot of water and i'm doing great so far I know it will be harder as the day's go on but this is something I need to do so I will try my best
