He is a very talented surgeon and I would recommend him to anyone considering this life changing operation. His Administrative Assistant Brie is also wonderful. The program that I am going through emphasis on after care. The Unisource program and Meditrainne diet and classes that are offered can be helpful also.rnrnI had many problems with the surgery. I developed leaks and had to have 3 surgeries to correct. This is a risk that is outlined in all the literature. You just think that it would never happen to you. I did not have any health issues. Sometimes things just happen and unfortuneatly it did with me. It took me over 5 month to start feeling like I did prior to surgery.rnrnI am having trouble with protein and I would suggest anyone to go to OH chat room it has many people in there to answer everyday questions that you don't want to bother a Doctor with such as diet and nutrition.rnrnDr Krause has his patients sign a paper that details all the risks associated with the WLS in front of him just before the operation. rnrnOn a scale of 1 - 10 I would give him a 10+. He has all of the atributes you would want in Surgeon his Surgical competence, bedside manner and caring attitude."
