Cathy, you will do great I'm sure. Just remember that it is a long journey ahead, but one that is very worthwhile. Just try to keep your head held high and focus on the goal at large - to be healthy and fit and live a good life! God bless you!

Hi Cathy, congrats & best wishes on your surgery!!! Soooo exciting! I am 2 months out today & couldn't hope for a better outcome so far! Down 35 lbs since surg (25 lbs pre-surg, total 60 lost!!). I can only hope it goes as well for you! Believe me, it was sooooo much easier than I was afraid of!! Trust the process and we'll see you on the loser's bench!!
