"My first impression of Dr. Herron's office was that it was a little nutsy there. HOWEVER, the entire stafff, particularly Yvette, were helpfull and caring. My appointment was delayied and IJJ was kept informed of when it would be. I liked Dr. Herron very much. He has fabulous credentials. One thing though, you need to be very pro-active and follow through with everything - they are too busy to check up on you. I made all my appointments but will check fairly regulary to see that my test results and other pre-op reports make it to them. He seemed very confident that insurance would cover everything. 11/5/00 I am 4 days post op and have nothing but kudos for Dr. Herron. He was wonderful to me both during pr-op and post op. I also want to say that the whole staff has been wonderful - while you may end up waiting a long time for your appointment, I must also say that they followed up on all my questions, are available now sshould I havae any questions. "
