Cda Marathon - 29 days till Ironman. Sunday is the Cda Marathon, another 26.2 miles down in the books. Swam in the 53 degree lake all week BBBUUURRR. Can't wait till Ironman, I'M TIRED!!!!

Ironman - 40 days till Ironman. This is my biggest build week 11,000 yrds of swimming, couple hundred miles on the bike, and over 50 miles of running, can't wait to start my taper in a week...

Long run - Wednesday we ran 20 miles, it went awesome, faster than I thought it would be, now its Friday and I feel GREAT. No sorness, stiffness, muscle ache, NOTHING but 2 blisters.
