I have now completed 2 Ironman 140.6 races.  Doing it again next summer.  OK I'm addicted!!!  Last year was 43 degrees this year 83 degrees, WOW what a difference, I'll take cold over hot anyday, I needed 2 bags of IV fluid after the race!!!

29 days till Ironman.  Sunday is the Cda Marathon, another 26.2 miles down in the books.  Swam in the 53 degree lake all week BBBUUURRR.  Can't wait till Ironman, I'M TIRED!!!!

40 days till Ironman.  This is my biggest build week 11,000 yrds of swimming, couple hundred miles on the bike, and over 50 miles of running, can't wait to start my taper in a week.  I am stronger, faster, and more mentally ready than last year.  140.6 watch out, because here I come again.

Wednesday we ran 20 miles, it went awesome, faster than I thought it would be, now its Friday and I feel GREAT.  No sorness, stiffness, muscle ache, NOTHING but 2 blisters.

Only 54 days till Cda Ironman 140.6.  This will be my 2nd full Ironman.  Great 13.5 mile run yesterday, running seems to come naturally now, I never thought I'd think that.  WOW!!!  Training is great this year, hiring a Ironman trainer has made all the difference in the world, last year I overtrained, this year I'm right on tract.  Don't let anyone tell you "YOU CAN'T DO THAT", because I am proof that "ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE", "POSSIBILITES...ENDLESS,,,"  go for your goal
