I needed help!I Have been over weight my hole life,Food is my comfort and it is also how my family and I come together.I Have been thinking about wls for a few years ad just wasnt sure if I would be ready and willing to go through with the surgery.I have never had any surgery of any kind so I am scared to death!!! So it wasnt untill about a year ago that I went to see my primry care doctor and cried to her and told her that I have been battling weight my hole life.She then sent me to do some test, shortly after i started the 24 week program through Kaiser permanente,Witch I am sooo thankfull for.This program seems like a long time to wait yes but you learn so much and I FEEL THAT MUCH MORE PREPARED for what is to come.I also had to attened A support group at CROWN SURGICAL CENTER in corona C.A and a seminar.I am ready to start the second half of my life!!!!
