My second doctor visit

Today was my for week visit with the doctor and in my first month I lost a total of 23 lbs.witch isgood im not complaining.I have not been eating theway that i should though some how my days dont seem to be long enough for me to eat three meals per day so i was only eating twice.witch is not good because i wont loose as much weight as i shoould.so tomorrow i will try to get three meals in.dr.suh advanced my diet today too,I can have fruits,vegtables and sliced turkey!!! i am excited.I have also started going to the gym and im not as scared anyymore o push myself,so hopfully that will help with the saggy skin and weight loss!!!!

I went in for surgery and I have to say that it was alot harder than I thought.The surgery itself went well thank god
I was in the hospital for two nights and let me say that was enough for me.I am five days post op now and This is certainly NOT THE EASY WAY OUT!!!The gas that you have afterward is the most uncomfortable feeling and they tell you to walk that walking is the best thing for you.What happened to me today was that i went out for a walk and by the time I started walking back home,I felt so weak,I am on clear liqueds right now so lets hope that next week things get better!!!!!

I have my surgery today,Im trying to get past the part of being scared to the part where im excited.I admit at one and my surgery is scheduled for three p.m.I will let you all know how it goes..

wow!It may have taken me a long time to get to were im at but after i had my appointment to see the surgin everything seems like its hppening too fast. I have my date for January 30th,It is scheduled for 3:00 in the afternoon.I am feeling a little scared and excited,,but I am ready!!!!!!!!!My visit with the surgen

My doctor visit went well, The surgen pretty much told me what I have already herd from taking my classes and going to support groups and the seminar.He also put me on a no starch diet because he does not want me to gain any weight before the surgery and loose as much as I can So that my surgery is alot easier.The only thing that I had left to do was go for a pchych.Evaluation and he gave me the number to the office durring my visit,I called as soon as I got out of seeing him and they gave me an appointment for the very next day!So I am done with everything that I needed to do now I wait for a surgery date!
