Orreth Bruce Case
"My first impression of Dr. Case was good.. He came in and made sure I had everything I needed and the first thing he done was ask me if I had any questions from the video I had to watch.. The office staff seems to be Family at the front desk.. The nurse ask me several times if I needed anything. And was real polite. The only negative thing so far that I have to say about Dr. Case is I personally had a hard time understanding him at first, but then I started to pay closer attention to what he was saying. He is Jamican and I'm a true Southern Gal. He spoke breifly about my after care I assume that when we get closer to my surgery date (waiting) that we will discuss that issue. He did talk very seriously about the risk involved with this type of surgery and he also talked about the risk I was facing if I continue with the weight I'm carrying. So far I don't feel it would be right for me to rate my doctor I will update when I get to know him more and especially after my surgery.. I have to say that this past week I was really impressed with Marcia (I think she is his nurse) she called me on Tuesday and wanted to know how my Dietary Consult went that day. I couldn't believe that she kept up with when my appt was. That meant alot to me!! Im post-op now.. I can honesty say that I'm so glad I never looked anywhere else for another doctor.. Dr. Case is the best in my opinion.. He is so kind and gentle he has never once rushed me out of his office. He has always made sure I understand what I'm suppose to be doing.. While I was in the operating room they were preparing to put me to sleep.. He came over and held my hand and leaned over and said Kim everything is going to be ok. Now I have to go to work! That was the last thing I remember until I woke up in recovery with every one telling me YOU DID GREAT! Dr. Case you ARE THE BEST! "
