Stomaphyx was a Flop:(

Hello! Just a update! I had Stomaphyx in 2009, I did loose 35# but it was short lived! I gained all that back and some more within a year! Now I'm loosing weight at an alarming rate 30# in 3 months! The thing is I'm not even trying! Doctors has ran blood work,colon test, EDG, MRI, mama gram, all negative! I have only one symptom low appetite! HISTORY! I had RNY gastric bypass in 2002 lost all my weight for 5 years regained 45# and in 2009 had stomaphyx lost 30# regained all of it back after 1 year!! Now 2013 and nothing else done to loose weight I'm loosing at a very fast rate! If anyone may know what the reason could be for loosing weight without even trying please message me! email tck_may@yahoo.com

Today is day 5 post op stomaphyx, I am doing very well but extremely hungry, I have lost 10 lbs but anyone would loos that if they were only having liquids. I can start Protein on Thursday maybe that will help the hunger.

Hi Everyone, I'm still here, I have gained over half of my weight back and now looking into the stomaphyx procedure, I am thinking about doing the stomaphyx trial going on at Magee Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pa . I think my stoma has stretched and also my pouch. I will let you know how this works out.
