I have had a problem with being overweight since 8th grade.  When I played sports I would get down to a decent weight but as soon as the season was over I would pack on the pounds.  Over the years I have been on every diet and have lost and gained back the weight many times.  I have made great strides in my life to be the kind of person that I always wanted to be.  The last part is to be healthy and not use food as an unhealthy coping method.
