Hello Friends,
I've finally found the time to update my OH page a little.  

Yes, I'm 1 year out from my WLS surgery (Aug. 22).  II have lost a total of 124lbs. as of right now.  It's been about a month since I have lost any additional weight.  I'm counting down the days till I can get rid of this excess skin.  I estimate that between my tummy, legs, and arms, that aboutr 20 extra pounds will come off.  Then I'll gain a pound or two or three) from the boobs I want! LOL!   All things in good time!  I've still got a long road ahead and can't wait to be at my goal weight.

Anyhoo, I'll eventually upload some recent pics, but since I haven't lost anything since my last upload, I didn't think it was really necessary.
