Had my 7 week post op check up today. Lost 8 more pounds since the last visit making my total 33 lbs since I started this journey! No fills as I am loosing without them. When I stop then I will begin fills. Down a pants and blouse size as well. Feel better about me both physically and mentally!!

Been back to work now two weeks with no problems. Had my follow up visit on the 11th, down 25lbs. 4 weeks of full liquids with some mushies he said. I noticed my weight loss has slowed some but inches are coming off so no worries here!

I went and got my hair cut today, put on makeup for the first time since I have been home from surgery. Been parking far out at walmart and walking! My current weight is drumroll pleaseeeeeeeeeeee 271lbs. Along ways from 297 lbs 3 weeks ago!!!! I actually walked around walmart withought leaning over the buggy. Noticed I walked quicker also. Small but important changes.

Good day again!!! Walked again! Out of the house for the 3rd day in a row! My husband thinks I am sick, Boy is he gonna be in for a suprise in about 3 more weeks P

Feeling better and better. Today I actually walked, who said that?, Now I am not saying I walked a marathon but I got off my butt and walked about 1/2 a mile. Wait it didn't hurt either! I shocked my poor daughter so much I thought she was going to faint! I offered to finish vacumming. She said "Mom you sure you'r all right? " Told her " Wait until I can start eating mushies!!"

I am 5 days post op lapband surgery and I would never know I had surgery except when I drink to fast or to much. lol I get this uncomfotable full felling with a soft burp. Anyone heard of a soft restart we'll I have a soft burp which tells me you drink anything else besides water and you'll be sorryyyyyyyyyyy!!! I can sit with the family and they can be eating and it doesn't bother me like it used to!!! Although I must say Alicia nearly killed me last night when she made taco salads! I keep telling myself clear liquids for only 2 more weeks! Something to look forward to, eating the center out of taco salads!!! Down 25lbs! Its been forever since I have lost that much!!!!
