I was writing to ask anyone who was my size before surgery if they would write me and tell me about their experience. I have heard alot of people say they had to get tummy tucks and I don't know if my ins will pay for it. I don't really want to get anything extra unless it is necessary. Please write me a message. I am 22yrs old and I currently found out that my insurance process is moving along. On Sept 3rd I mailed in all information to begin this whole wls process. On Sept 28th I had my consultation with the New Start Program. A couple weeks prior to my consultaion I had my psy eval done. I am hoping to have an approval within a couple days. I haven't spoken with Dr. Fabito as of yet. The only advise I can give is that you contact your ins company first and ask them where does all the necessary information has to go. My information would have probably been approved earlier if it was sent properly, but it was mailed to the wrong department. Afterwards just be very polite, yet persistant on finding out your status.
