Hiya Gail, Was looking at the before/after pics and saw yours. Just wanted to tell you that you look wonderful!! Keep up the great work. I so relate to your struggle with sweets and carbs. I know that will be a problem for me too once I am finally post-op. I PRAY that I am one of the people who dumps from sugar! That will be my saving grace. Again, you are doing wonderfully!!! Keep it up!

Way to go Gail!! 10lbs is so awsome!! I just wanted to let know how great I think you are doing. I told you I would be in your corner pulling for you! You will get to goal and to boot you will have a nice shapely figure becuase of all of the excercise. Keep it up! :) Take care, Colleen

Dear Gail...down 150 lbs.!!! Mercy!!! That is so fabulous!!! You are doing so great. It's okay to have <b>ownership</b> of those goodies, but just for looking at, okay? LOL...I think you're the only one with this "ownership" syndrome. Very interesting, though. I like to own the goodies, but get distinct pleasure in throwing the <b>empty</b> bag away!
