"What strikes you first about Dr. Houston is that he really knows what he is doing. Almost brings a fighter pilot type of confidence to the surgery, to the process, etc. Very competent, I have had no complications from the surgery and he has done a fantastic job. He strikes me as someone extremely busy building a practice, which affects his bedside manner a bit. Reminds me too much of myself as I run my business. So busy running things that I am not taking enough time to listen. For a person running a business, that effects employee relations. In this case, it is bedside manner. He is extremely responsive, extremely competent and I would recommend him to anyone that wants the best surgeon."
