Hi everyone!! It has been a long time once again since I have been here to write. I read quite often. But not in the last four months so it's about time. I am doing well as far as the weight goes. Still losing a litllle at a time but not alot. I tell ya it does seem the last 30 pounds is a killer!!!! I am at 178 and holding fast it seems. I don't know maybe do a jump start. Hey Mischelle and Pate drop me a line if yiou read this !!!! Misss you girls!! I am still lucky and have not encountered any problems with any of my surgeries. (Knock on wood!!)
