Well after 10 years I find I have kept off 200 pounds...Thank you Lord! Im on here to also catch ul to old friends...that I really miss. If not for them and alot of you on this site..it would have been a very hard journey...it has not been all peaches & cream...but you all made it easier. The knkwledge on he tr e tbat I have gath er ted over tbe past 12 years has been incredible...so Patty, and Michelle...my Angels gor life I love you! And I woukd love to hear from you!

Ok I'm in a grat mood today. lost 2.5 pound this last week. At least that's what the scales said  today. And they are brand new!!! LOL. Later

Ok I have really missed thissite alot. You all are sooo supportive. I have beeen without a computer for about a year and a half now. I've also gained about 52 pounds pounds since i was here last.But all that is going to change because I'm back!!!! Need support and the tools on this website. i will be here often.
