Well, I finally had the surgery - Roue en Y - on July 29, 2008. That was a Tuesday and I was released on Friday, August 1. I think I am doing fine. I am able to drink my SF CIB's and sip water with no problem. I am more concerned because I still have a lot of discomfort and was expecting to be up and out by now. I went out Monday for some blood tests and a few errands. By the time I got back home I was sore and exhausted. Lesson learned!
