Living in Elkhart Indiana now and praying for surgery

It is now June, 2009. We bought a house last year in Elkhart, IN. Unfortuantely, I lost my job the next month. We are scraping by and making ends meet. I applied today for Anthem Blue Access insurance online. If accepted, I am PRAYING i can get WLS by the end of the year. If anyone out there used Dr. Hoekstra or lives around me, please let me know. Feeling a bit alone.
