CONGRATULATIONS KATHY! and welcome "to the other side". I had my surgery April 17, 2001 and enjoying the weightloss so far @ 3-1/2 months of 85#'s! I hope recovery is going well for you. Would love to read update from you.

~~~Angel Report~~~ Sorry I didn't get back with this update sooner!! I wasn't able to get back to Kathy yesterday evening, but I did just get off the phone with her right now!! She is doing SO GREAT!!!! She has already been up walking and will be getting some sips of water soon!! She sounded absolutely wonderful and is thrilled to be on the other side now!!! Like most of us, she has waited a long time to get there, so please share in her joy and send her a message!!! And let's continue to keep her covered with prayer!!! I forgot to ask her when she expect to be able to go home, so I'll give her a call again tomorrow to see how soon she'll get sprung!!! Thank you all for your loving thoughts for Kathy!! ~~~Angel Report~~~ I got a little anxious and just called the hospital to see about Kathy!! Oops....she's still in surgery....went in at 12:05 and its scheduled to be a 3-1/2 surgery!! Please don't do this. It will ruin your life. You have so much to live for. Don't throw it all away on the surgery. It will destroy your life and end it too soon. Please don't do this.
