Hi Lauren, Thanks for writing to me. It is always nice to hear from others that have made the same life changing decision. This site is great. I have met a couple of great people so far. Hopefully I can be of as much support to them as they are for me! Let me know if you will be attending the next support group meeting at Morristown. I would love to meet you :)

Hiya Lauren, Congratulations on your surgery date! I know how excited you must be; I remember those days and am now 4 mos. post-op and 60 pounds lighter. You'll love it! I'll keep you in my prayers. God Bless--

Lauren, congratulations on your upcoming surgery. May peace and love surround you on your journey and carry you along safely. Remember to drink your water, take your vitamins, walk daily and most importantly, be gentle with yourself along the way. Lastly, don't forget to stop by occasionally and update your profile. Lauren, I am wishing you a safe, complication-free surgery and a smooth, quick recovery. I had my open RNY on 12/10/01 and can honestly say that I have NO regrets other than not having had WLS several years sooner. It is, without a doubt, the best thing I could have done for myself. God bless you as you start your healthy new life.
