Its been a year. I posted a pic. Will get profile shots this weekend. Will hand the pic machine to sister and say make it work. I learned alot about my pouch. and general well being. Freaked out at labs one month, but false alarm. Know about choices and quantities. Slipping up on my gym work this winter. Gotta get back in the gym, its vital along with vits and check-ups

Just got back from Doc on May 18th 09. 6 mos out and down to 218lbs. Sent alot of my fat clothes to AMVETS. Not buying anything new. Looking in dark closet places for some 36" jeans and LG shirts. Shoes feel better now. No foot/toe pain. I am keeping a record on Daily Plate. Great for last minute protein and fluid hits. Doc asked me how is my fluid intake. Simple 60oz of water/tea, 28oz a red wine, 16oz FF milk . I figure the tea is good for me, water to. The milk has protein and good carbs. The wine, well, I dont have to say much about that. My arteries are clear, my heart pumps well, liver may be in overdrive but I sleep very well. He upped my calorie intake to 1900. I cut my work outs to 4 days 1.5 hr exercise only
