Hi, I definitely need to get a new picture on here.  Why can't you just copy and paste from "my pictures".  It would be so much easier!  Anyway today is my 3 month anniversary.  I had my surgery 8/22/06.
My highest weight was 309.  On surgery day I weighed 283.  Today I weigh 228!  This is unbeleivable.  I am so happy I made this decision.  I feel great.  Happy Thanksgiving to everyone on OH!  We have many blessings to be thankful for this year.  Take care and hugs to all!

11/11/06  ~  Thank you to all the veterens out there!  Enjoy your special day!  I haven't posted in a while!  All is well.  I will try to get an updated pic soon.  I have lost a total of 75 lbs now.  25 before surgery and 50 since.  I am still thankful I did the surgery.  I have not had any complications.  Please e-mail me if you have any questions.  I had my surgery 8/22/06.  I had RNY and it was done laprascopic.  I have been really happy with the results.  For anyone considering the surgery, I know it was the right thing for me.  Hope you all have a happy Sunday!

Hi All,  Finally I am under 250!  What a wonderful gift this surgery is!
Granted it is 249.9 but at least it is under for the first time in 15 years!  I am really glad about that!  My sugar is in great control also.
