"My first impression of Dr. Cleveland was surprisingly pleasant. I had heard that he was very nice or didn't have the best bedside manner, but I experienced the exact opposite. From the front door to the back, I felt welcomed and at ease by every staff member. The pre - op classes were taught by the RNs and nutritionists. It was their goal to make sure that we were WELL informed on what was expected of us before, during and after surgery. We even had a test (I made 100) at the end of the 4 week class. Overall, I would rate Dr. Cleveland and his staff 9 out of 10. There is always room for improvement!"
