Unfortunately I have some bad news on Lisa, her husband just phoned me to let me know that she has been admitted back into the hospital. It sounds to me as though she had been vomiting all night yesterday and she thought it may have been the Carnation Instant Breakfast (since there's sugar in there). She was taken by ambulance to the hospital and from what I know at this moment it sounds like maybe she has an obstruction with other scar tissue and that's why she is unable to keep her liquids down. They are going to operate and let's pray for her recovery. I'm sooo sorry Lis, that you're having a tough time. Better days are coming.

SORRY IT TOOK ME SO LONG TO UPDATE, I WAS UNSURE HOW TO POST WHEN YOUR AN "ANGEL"!!!! ANYWAYS, I SAW LISA THE NIGHT OF HER SURGERY AND SHE JUST LOOKED SOOOOOO TIRED AND SHE WAS IN A LITTLE BIT OF PAIN (IT WAS GAS!) BUT ULTIMATELY I THOUGHT SHE LOOKED WELL. I SPOKE WITH HER ON FRIDAY AND THEY HAD HER UP AND AROUND AND SHE STILL WAS SOAR BUT SHE WAS DEFINITELY IN GOOD SPIRITS. ON SATURDAY SHE SOUNDED LIKE HER NORMAL SELF (EXCEPT FOR THE FACT THAT SHE WAS WAITING FOR HER PAIN SHOT! YUK!!!) SHE LEFT THE HOSPITAL ON SUNDAY NOON AND SHE SAYS SHE WAS FEELING WELL. I HOPE TO SEE HER SOMETIME SOON (I MISS HER!!!) I PRAY FOR HER RECOVERY TO BE SMOOTH AND FOR HER TO HAVE NONDRAMATIC DAYS TO COME SINCE SHE HAS HER LITTLE ONES AT HOME (THE TWINS) THAT WILL DEFINITELY BE SCREAMING FOR HER ATTENTION. WE ALL LOVE YOU LISA AND PRAY FOR YOUR RECOVERY TO BE SPEEDY AND CONGRATULATE YOU TO BE ON THE LOSING SIDE. I WILL BE THERE BEFORE I KNOW IT! YEAHHHHHHHH!!!!

Hi Lisa....Good luck on Thursday. I wish you a quick and speedy recovery. Can't wait to see you and Kim at a support group meeting someday telling your stories!! :-) We are all so lucky to have Dr Ameri!!! God Bless you now and always!!
