This is my first post. I'm excited to find a group of so many supportive warm people in my area who know what it's like to go through the WLS process. I'm a little scared and overwhelmed by the diet requirements in the month after surgery. I just can't wrap my mind around it yet. But, I also know how worth while it will be. I'm so fortunate to have the support of my family in this process. They are wonderful.
