Kim, congrats on your surgery date! I know you will do great. You have been asking all the right questions and doing your homework. I hope the adhesions dont cause any problems for you and that you really dont have to stay in the hospital for a month. If you do, the staff at CPMC is great and so is Dr. Jossart. Remember to walk as soon as you can and as often as you can. It really does help you recover faster. I will be praying for you to have an uneventful surgery and a very speedy recovery. Kim I just wanted to wish you a safe and uneventful surgery with a fast recovery! I had the DS/bpd on 2-20-03 and feel GREAT!! Best thing I ever did for myself and my 8 yr old! 2003 will be a GREAT year for us with our new journey and life ahead of us!! We will never forget the path we are about to take or what brought us to this fork in the road. Just remember that things happen in life for a reason...we deserve this and everything good that comes along with it :) HUGS and HEALTH ~God Bless
