Been doing alright, that old grenlin has appeared, making me more hungry than normal. I try to be good as far as my eating goes. Portion sizing is difficult, especially when something tastes really good. 
I do have a question, why is it each time I go to the chat room there is no one there? Do we not have a community of us wls people who would like to chat together? And one more thing, why are there no new posts or acknowledgments, have we been banished from the internet? Gosh, I hope not!
Would like to hear from others so I know I'm not in a ghost (internet) town.
