maryann - oh my god!! april 24th!! your one of my first friends on the site. remember we met because i posted some ridiculous comment on the message board and everyone nailed me to the cross? lol. not you though - and i will never forget it. i wish you god's blessings and a special prayer for your surgeon. hurry back and let us know how well your doing. please walk when they tell you and if you don't listen to the suggestions - beat yourself with a feather because it gets better. i love you. jasmin

Mary Ann, I am wishing you a successful, complication free surgery and a smooth, quick recovery. I had my Open RNY on 12/10/01 and have absolutely NO regrets other than not doing it several years sooner. It is, without a doubt, the best thing I could have done for myself. God bless you as you start your healthy new life.

Remember to drink your water, take your vitamins, walk daily and most importantly, be gentle with yourself along the way. Lastly, don't forget to stop by occasionally and update your profile. I completed my pre-op testing today and survived! I am now officially in the count down...20 days!!!! I am so excited!!! Thank you everyone who has posted to my page and all of you are in my thoughts and prayers daily. God's speed on all of our journey's. Thank you all for your support! ~*luv*n*hugs*~
