I am 2 months out and have lost 52 lbs since I left clinic. I have dropped from a tight size 22w to a very comfortable 14-16w depending on where I buy it. the inches are melting away and I feel great.

It's been 4 weeks since RNY and I feel great I have lost 21 lbs and dropped 2 sizes .... I am now able to eat pureed food which taste great by the way...  Next week I go on soft food for 1 week then to regular food and back to work.... I am a little down today my hubby is in a foul mood and that makes for a hard day.. Just fussing about everything and I just can't deal with his head problems today I wany to run away so I am going to go for a very long walk at the park alone and see if he is in a better mood when I get back......

went to see Dr Custer yesterday to get drain out yeah... my weight loss to date by my scales is 8lbs since the am of surgery that does not count the 10 they added so  I am on my way down

got home today a little hiccup yesterday with as aspiration into lung then high fever and back to iv and ice until last night no problems now came home and feel great.

tomorrow is my big day I am very excited and a little nervous. just 24 hrs and surgery will be under way or maybe all done.

well I have to be at the clinic at 730 am Tuesday.

today has been a little emotional for me.. I went shopping for the stuff I will need for my full liquid and clear liquid I start on Sat.  Started asking am I doing the right thing then remembered why so yes I am doing the right thing.. so just praying I will stay calm until next Tuesday then the ride of my life starts and I will be on my way to the new life I want so bad.  healthy and thinner wow.

A few nerves showing themselves..  Trying to stay focused on the why and the future not the procedure and the pain.  I have to go get my full liquid diet stuff this week....  jotting down my thoughts everyday and looking to a bright new future.

Now I am 10days til surgery.. reading all I can about what I will need for healing time and what I will have to be doing too. I know I am ready still need to get some protein stuff but I will get that this week to try to see which ones I like the best.

4/1/09 only 13 days until surgery...  reading all my books.. getting the things I will need..protein powders..liquids.. suger free everything... the list goes on..
