I am 2 years post-op, wow who would have thought?  new goal for this year...a 20 minute 2 mile run.  I can't beleive I've come this far 113 lbs less than the day of surgery..I was a little off track, but am back where I should be.

Ok, so I suck at posting here....I am one year and 2 months out, My weight is about 110 lbs, I think I was 10 last time i weighed this. Its so awesome.......I cried when I reached a size 7, and now wearing about a 1, how wierd is that? I do need to be better with my vitamins....I'm working on it.

Well i'm officially nine months out, and posted new pics.  Hope everyone is doing well.

Hi everyone, well let me say Happy Holidays to everyone, I have been slacking off about staying with my blog.  The chaos of the holidays has passed in my home, what a wonderful holiday, I can't beleive it the family went to Colorado to ski and I was able to ski all day with no problems, last year no way in heck would I have been able to do it.  I guess I am eight almost 9 months out from surgery, its awesome....pics of the new and improved coming soon!

Well I made it, I have attained my goal weight!!! I am so excited, anything lost from here is just wonderful.  I love my friends and family who have gotten me here.  Thank you everyone I love you

I have passed the 6 month post-op now, wow can't believe time passes so fast, I feel so new and different.  Amazing what a boost to my self-esteem.  I think that changing 11 sizes in 6 months is awesome, I still don't recoginze myself in the mirror, wonder if that will change?  To everyone who supports me, I LOVE YOU, couldn't have done all this without you.

Well I have passed my 5 months post-op, I've lost about 70 lbs since the surgery.  That's so awesome, I can't believe it.  I'm doing great and still loosing.  From size 18/20 to a size 8......amazing isn't it?

Yesterday was my 4 month post-op date, WOW I can't beleive it.  I've lost about 60 lbs total and 7 sizes.  I'm so happy about all of this.  Truly  the best decision I have ever made.  This month I'm going back to school to finish my degree, very excited about that.   The good things are all falling into place.  Life is so wonderful.  I have had a few set backs, but i'm learning to deal with all that.  Food is my enemy now, it doesn't help me when i'm upset or scared, i'm finding healthier ways to cope with all of lifes stressors.

Well in a few days I will be 3 months post-op and just a little over 50 lbs lost, and 6 sizes, I never thought I would be a size 12 again, but I made it!! and of course still losing.  I feel wonderful.  It was different at first and I had my doubts, but they are all erased now.  If you are thinking of doing surgery, GO FOR IT.  It is one of the best decisions I have ever made.  I'm still adjusting to new eating habits, but getting it down, I have learned to eat slowly even with my job, where running around is pretty much constant, and remebering my water and supplements.  Bottom line is I feel terrific, and I have a whole new chapter in my life.  I want to let everyone know that I love and appreciate my family and my "adopted" family for their support and love through all this.

Well I"m 2 months out now and 40 lbs gone........I feel so great!!!
Its almost my birthday and I feel like a new person.  All my clothes don't fit, and my friends can't believe its me.  I had a few doubts about it being the right thing to have done to my self, but they are all gone now!!!!!
