"My 1st impression of him was very good. He came in and he started talking to me like he knew me forever. He was the best surgeon ever. I was so scrared and when I walk in to the Surgery suite he came over and held my hand and told me to think happy thoughts and that I would be fine. It only took about 1 hour and 15 minutes."
