Michelle, I no longer turn to food when I'm depressed. I am addicted to this computer and graphics programs. Find something that you love to do, and let that be your escape. Just not food. I've been under more stress the last year and a half than I have in my adult life, I'm 50, and this is what I've done. I go in a play with graphics and make pictures and my website. Even if it's just games on here, find something and just dive in. Good luck, I'm rooting for you.
