My Sleeplessness......

Hello again..... I'm going to try to post a blog every day to let you all know how I am doing.
Well lately I have been really feeling tired and just plain fatigued. My arms and legs will just start to feel heavy and my eyes will be hard to keep open and I will just want to go fall asleep. Now at first I thought that maybe this was just because of the time of day and it may be slow at work so I might be board and tired. Than it started happening more often and now I was starting to get a little worried. I went to my doctor and he said that my blood levels are all fine. So today I started to adjust the protien I am taking in and maybe I need to get a little more. So this morning I started with my Herbal Life protien shake, which might I add is great!!! Right now it is almost noon and usually I am starting to feel a little drained but right now I still feel great!! I feel like I could keep going and not need to take a nap. LOL I do like to sleep but not as much as I was needing to before.
I will keep everyone posted on how things are going on a day to day basis....
I hope everyone has a great day because it is FRIDAY!!!!!
WOO HOOOOO I'm off this weekend hopefully it will stop raining so I can get some hiking in and photography in too!

Hello everyone,
So I.m new to this web site and i must say this is a great community of people!!! I spent alot of time looking at the before and after pictures with just complete amazement of all of the accomplishments people on here have made.
I myself have accomplished alot so far too. It has only been 6 months and have already lost 88lbs. it is still weird to look in the mirror and see myself. I still have my favorite pair of jeans that I wore before surgery and now when i put them on they fall right off. I bought my first pair of 16 size jeans the other day and that was a day of mixed emotions too!!! I haven't wore that size jeans since like 8th grade. What a change my life has taken. I'll write more when i get a little better at this site.
